Land & Water Amphibious RC

I have never had an RC toy before. When I was a kid they were really expensive. So of course I was excited to get my hands on this one. Plus my son loves cars and tires. I knew he would just love this RC.

It can be used over water, pavement, dirt, grass, leaves and hardwood floors. I tested it out on all these environments. It is much funner  to take it outside and play. The coolest features about the car are the headlights that light up and that is does 360 spins.

This RC kit comes with everything you need to start having fun. The plug in to charge the battery that connects to the car. Remote control battery and the handy screwdriver.

The box comes with very detailed instructions and pictures to help you or your child.

The one thing that I did not like about this RC was the remote controller.  It looks very cheap and has raised buttons that do not serve a purpose. But I can see that they did that to appeal to children that play with video game consoles.

I found it difficult to unscrew the door in order to insert the car battery. The screw was not wanting to twist out. There is a certain way to get the panel to open up. I can't explain it. It is easy plugging in the battery. I charged the battery for an hour. It does not mention anywhere as to how long you charge the battery.

It was really easy figuring out how to maneuver the car around. It was fun. Even my 2 year old could get the car to move. But my husband had the most fun.

Baby Go-Green Bibs

There is a point that you stop using cloth bibs. Usually when it is time to get your baby started on solids. Cloth bibs easily get dirty and require to me machine washed and spot treated. So, switching over to a bib like the Baby Go-Green saves you in cleaning time.

The Baby Go-Green bibs are geared towards babies who are starting out on solids and messy toddlers. I have been using these types of bibs for over a year and I see them as a necessity to every mother. My son is almost two and we are still using them. They catch all the food he spits out and does not make it into his mouth.

My favorite feature about the Baby Go-Green bibs are that they are a bit more heavy than others. So it stops my son from swinging it around. The silicone lies nicely flush on his chest. But the only issue I saw with these bibs, was that the food pouch was not open enough. I'm sure that it is due to the way they are being stored and shipped. After a few more washes, I expect them to open a bit more. I will keep you updated.

Food easily comes off of the silicone and are easily washed with dish soap. They are also dishwasher safe, but I cannot vouch for that because I do not use a dishwasher.
The price point for the Baby Go-Green bibs are sold at a reasonable price. You end up saving a couple of extra bucks buying these vs the ones found in store.

More Cushion For The....

This is such a great bundle for at home, work or school.
We all know sitting in front of a computer for a long period of time is not good for you but to not have the support your body needs is even worse. The keyboard cushion allowed me to relax my hands and arms. And even my back. So I wasn't tense and causing my whole body to be effected by it.

The cushion fit my keyboard perfectly. I have a 4 year old desktop. It was do nice of them to include a free mouse pad with a cushion.

Michael Todd Rejuvenating Serum

I suffer from adult acne and have recently developed super oily skin.
Its been a battle with my acne breakouts, scars and treatments.
And then add the aging part. It makes it a bit more difficult when mixing products.

Ive been in the market for a good retinol product for my eye area and all over the face.
But that also wouldn't react badly with my current acne system.


A lot of retinol products are specified for certain areas of the skin. Eye or all over the face.
And most are not recommended for during the day use. This Michael Todd serum is for day and night use and for all over the face.

At first by just reading the bottle I thought that this was going to be a oil. I was surprised to find out that its actually a gel. The packaging for it is perfect because its easily dispensed with a pump.

I applied a thin layer at night and the serum absorbed into my skin really fast. It did leave a bit of tacky film but I applied my moisturizer and it was gone.

The next morning I did see that my pores were less visible and the fine lines around my eyes were less noticeable. I was surprised to see results so quickly. My main concern was my face drying out because retinol products are known for that. And have had bad experiences with other products before. But I was really please with my whole experience and results. It did not interfer with my current acne treatment.

Tweez'em

Today I'm coming at you guys with another Majestic Bombay product.
There Tweez'em Stainless Steel Tweezers.

I'm always plucking my eyebrows so a sharp tool like this is easy to use for those tiny hairs.
These are sharp but do require a bit of pressure when closing. Especially for a very fine hair.

They are super sharp so you have to be extra careful.

The Best Eyelash Curler I Have Used

 

I had recently purchased a new eyelash curler at the drugstore. Ive never been happy with them because they were not shaped correctly for my eye.

But Majestic Bombay gave me the opportunity to review there Professional Eyelash Curler.
I really wasn't expecting to fall in love with it. 

This eyelash curler managed to grab all my eyelash hairs. I usually struggle with my outer eyelashes. Either I spend time trying to get them into the eyelash curler or I spend time curling them on there own. Which is frustrating and something I have experienced with every curler. 

Somehow the Majestic Bombay curler is curved correctly to hug my eye shape perfectly.
While I was curling my lashed I noticed how very little strength is needed to clamp them closed.
There was no tugging or pulling as I clamped down. I usually need to re-adjust the eyelash curler a tiny bit forward so I am not pulling out my eyelashes. Which usually ends up causing me to lose grip of my outer lashes.

After releasing my lashes from the eyelash curler. I was left with the perfect curl. The curl is placed correctly to give a natural looking curl. Leaving your eye more open and ready for a volumizing  mascara. I applied mascara right after curling and my lashes are still nicely curled after 6 hours.

Im no longer spending my money at the drug store.
